Channeling your book isn’t about abandoning your voice—it’s about allowing your truest, most aligned wisdom to emerge. For me, this journey began long before I ever thought about writing a book. During a journaling session, I noticed my writing had shifted: I was writing to myself, with words and guidance that felt beyond my normal perspective. That was my first taste of channeling—and from that point, it became a natural part of my creative and spiritual practice.

My channeling expanded through Akashic Records readings, supporting clients with written transmissions, and eventually, writing my first channeled book. In 2025, the Soul Alchemist book came through in just 11 days—over 400 pages—because I surrendered to the process and allowed the messages to flow.

The Art of Trust: How to Begin Channeling

Step One: Trust Yourself and the Process

The heart of channeled writing is trust. Trust yourself. Trust the message that comes through—even when it surprises you. Let yourself be an open vessel, editing only for clarity or spelling, but not censoring or reshaping the core transmission. The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that the more surrendered I am, the clearer and more potent the messages become.

Step Two: Tune In, Set an Intention, and Invite Guidance

Sometimes I wait for an inner nudge before channeling. Other times, I intentionally sit down, center myself, and invite my guides to support me. I ask a question—whether for myself, for my readers, or for the collective—and then write whatever comes. The most important thing is to create a receptive space. If I feel blocked, I drop into my heart, clear my mind, and surrender. Occasionally, I use Light Language to move stuck energy. If that doesn’t help, I trust that now isn’t the right moment and return when I feel ready.

Step Three: Let Go of Perfection and the Need to Control

Channeling is a gentle process. If you’re distracted, stressed, or overly attached to a specific outcome, the ego will inevitably try to take over. Allow the process to be easy. Let go of the need to “get it right,” and just allow the message to be expressed through you.

Practices for Spiritual Authors: Opening Your Channel

Start with automatic writing: Ask a simple question and write whatever comes, without judgment.

Gradually move to deeper questions—about your life, your soul, or the collective.

Practice asking, “What is important for me to know (or share) today?”

Use ritual if it helps—light a candle, play gentle music, or create a sacred space.

If you get blocked, use a clearing statement (see below) or take a break and return when you feel the nudge.

Most importantly: Honor the message that wants to be shared, even if it’s not what you expected.

“I now clear and transmute any interferences, blocks, and attachments that would keep me from being an open and receptive channel. I now clear all this across all times, space, reality, lifetimes, and dimensions. Anywhere and everywhere I am attached to the outcome, don’t trust my own inner wisdom, or question the guidance that is asking to be expressed through me, I now clear and transmute across all times, space, reality, lifetimes, and dimensions.”
